We have communicated with this customer every step of the way. We shipped the package express to her via USPS. Dishonest? Unorganized? Atleast give us a chance to refund after recieving the goods back before leaving feedback. Very unfair!

Seller refused to refund me despite their error in sending wrong bags, and has also refused to refund me for the third bag, which I never even got. That is stealing and fraud. They stole my money and misrepresented their items. I would call that dishonest
