The seller sent partial order wrong. I have been waiting for new bags or refund promised for over 1 month. Seller did not even respond to say she is trying to resolve. This seller needs to make restitution or be prohibited from selling again on this site

I can't recommend this seller. Communication was very poor (she took 4-5 days to respond to my questions) and when my package arrived, an item was missing. After discovering it was unavailable, it took another two weeks to get my refund.

Bought 3, only problem was that the zipper on one of the bags was off track. I was able to get it back on, but as I had purchased it as a gift I am now hesitant to give a bag with a potential problem. Please inspect more carefully before shipping. cj
