Contact the seller for the first time
If you are interested in purchasing from a seller, the first step is to contact the seller from their ad page. Click on the contact button to send the seller questions, comments, or your offer.
When a seller replies, you will be sent an email alert. You can click on the link from the email to be taken directly to the message, or visit the My Messages page.
View a Message
All of your messages are stored in the My Messages page. The subject of a message is the title of the ad.
Respond to the Seller
After you view a message, you have the opportunity to reply with message. If the seller accepted your offer, a deal has been made and both you and the seller can exchange payment and shipping information. If you end the conversation with the seller, no more messages can be sent unless you send another message from their ad.
