Having trouble signing in?
- You may be using the wrong sign-in name. Try using your email address to sign-in. When asked for your sign-in name on the sign-in page, enter the email address you have on file with sell.com instead.
- Passwords are case sensitive. If your password has a combination of upper and lowercase letters, you will need to enter it the same way you did during registration. Make sure your Caps Lock key is not on.
- Your sign-in name and password should not contain spaces. Sign-in names are at least four characters in length, while passwords are at least 6 characters long and contain both letters and numbers.
- Have you been engaging in suspicious activity?
sell.com security routinely monitors all actions on our site. If you have not been adhering to our member and listing guidelines, your sell.com account may have been disabled.
