Typically, sellers respond in one or two days. But, during holidays or over a weekend, some sellers may need more time. When you send a message to a seller, we notify them via email. It's best to give the seller a couple of days to check their email and get back to you. When the seller replies to your message, we send you an email from "notify@sell.com".
Remember that sellers are not obligated to to respond to your message. This is why we recommend making sure any offer you send is reasonable and any questions you send are clear and concise. After a few days, you can send another message to a seller.
