Sell.com maintains the right to suspend any ad or member account if instructed by appropriate authorities. Should Sell.com receive notification from a trademark holder that your ad infringes intellectual property rights, Sell.com is under no obligation to provide a refund.
Emails from trademark holders stating that your ad infringes intellectual property rights will contain information about the ROCS participant which notified Sell.com. If you believe the ROCS participant made a mistake, we suggest contacting the participant directly to learn how your ad infringes their intellectual property rights.
If you disagree with the ROCS participant's explanation, you may file a counter-claim with Sell.com. Should you successfully file a counter-claim, you will be given a refund for your listing fee and any purchased promotions and will be allowed to re-post your ad.
