Joining Sell.com's Rights Owner Compliance System (ROCS) is a quick and easy process which allows you to notify Sell.com of ads which infringe your intellectual property rights.
- Create an account.
Registering with Sell.com allows you to sign-in to our site, and provides appropriate contact information for the Sell.com team and infringing sellers.
If you represent multiple rights owners, you should create a separate Sell.com account for each one. We recommend naming your accounts based on the rights owner you represent. ROCS participants should only use their account to notify Sell.com of infringement, and not to sell or buy.
- Apply to become a ROCS participant.
You must be a rights owner or an authorized agent, and you will need to inform Sell.com of any trademarks, copyrights, or intellectual property the rights owner holds.
Verify your identity and agree to the ROCS guidelines.
After applying, download the ROCS application which will provide proof of authorization to report infringement claims. Once we receive and verify your application (as well as an authorization on company letterhead), we will validate your account as a ROCS participant. At that point, you will receive an email with your new sign-in name and further instructions on how to participate.
- Sign-in to Sell.com and begin reviewing ads.
