Sell.com's Rights Owner Compliance System (ROCS) provides a mechanism for verified rights holders to notify Sell.com of ads which infringe on their intellectual property. ROCS enables Sell.com to verify reporting authorities, validate notifications, and to create a process of communication. Currently, all notifications of rights infringement should be provided through ROCS.
You must be a Sell.com member to sign up for ROCS participation. For complete details, visit our ROCS informational page, where you can provide specific information about your intellectual property or the rights holder you represent.
When you join, "ROCS" will be prepended to your sign-in name. If you represent multiple rights owners, you should create a separate Sell.com account for each one. We recommend naming your accounts based on the rights owner you represent.
