When a buyer a contacts you through Sell.com, we send you an email containing a link to read their message. All messages are stored in the My Messages page, with the most recent messages listed first. Unread messages are highlighted and appear in bold.
It is important that your email address on Sell.com is working and up-to-date, otherwise you won't be notified when buyers make offers. You can change your email address at any time from your Personal Info page.
