When you contact a seller, we send them an email with a link directly to your message. While we make every attempt to ensure a seller receives notification of your message, we cannot guarantee a seller will reply.
We suggest waiting a couple of days and then sending another message. The seller may be temporarily unavailable and may not be able to reply immediately. In some cases, a seller may not wish to respond to low offers. Consider making a higher offer on top of your existing offer.
Negotiations are permanently closed after 30 days of inactivity.
If a seller is unresponsive after you have agreed on a price or have sent payment, we recommend filing a report or clicking the abuse button at the bottom of your negotiation page.
