When you Create a new ad, or enhance your ad with promotions such as bold, highlight,
charm,
link, or
featured, they remain inactive until payment is received. Inactive items will show up in your Fees & Payments page as unpaid items. Once payment is received, any unpaid items will be activated.
You can make payment by credit card, or by mail, from your Fees & Payments page.
To cancel a specific ad or unpaid promotion, delete the ad from My Ads, or edit the appropriate ad and uncheck the promotions you no longer want.
