When the words not active appear next to a sign-in name (where the star rating is normally found), that person is no longer a member on Sell.com. Someone can become "not active" when:
- the member requests to be removed from Sell.com
- Sell.com suspends a member's account to prevent further action while investigations are in progress
- Sell.com permanently suspends a member due to possible fraudulent activity
When a member is "not active", they can no longer sign in, preventing them from any further activities on Sell.com. In almost all cases, members will remain permanently "not active".
