Sellers file complaints when they don't receive payment from a buyer or send the buyer a refund.

If a seller files a complaint against you, you should attempt to resolve the dispute with the seller. You can send the seller a message from the My Messages page by clicking on the title of the transaction.

If you fail to resolve the disagreement, it may result in negative feedback on your account. Buyers who repeatedly fail to send payment are subject to disciplinary actions including warning and suspension of their Sell.com membership.
