A buyer must first contact you via your ad. All messages are stored in the My Messages page where you can read and reply to them.
From the My Messages page, click on the title of a message to view your conversation with the buyer. You can click the contact or accept buttons to respond to the buyer. Use the accept button to show that an agreement was made between you and the buyer.
Both buyers and sellers can end conversations by clicking the end button. The buyer must resend a message from the seller's ad to start a new conversation.
