Length of warranty varies depending on product. Some products may be eligible for Manufacturer Warranty up to 5 Years. Please refer to the product description for the warranty that applies to the product you have purchased. PLEASE RETAIN YOUR SHIPPING BOX AND ALL PAPER WORK FOR THE DURATION OF YOUR WARRANTY!!!! You will receive a Warranty Assurance Form with your product. The Warranty Assurance Form must be completed in full and accompany the return product. If you choose to have your product shipped to you UPS Ground, you will also receive a UPS Return Label. As an added service there is no cost to you for this label. Again, this only applies to UPS Ground shipments. Please allow up to 10 days to process returns. All products that were shipped to you USPS must be returned to us USPS 1st class mail. Note: we will gladly refund you the amount of the return postage. Please note this amount on the back of the return package.
