Return Policy
We realize that there may be times when an item you ordered needs to be returned. When that does happen, we want to make it as easy as possible for you. Any item can be returned to us for any reason. We only ask that you follow our guidelines when making a return: 1. We will accept returns on any item, for any reason, provided you have requested a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our customer care center by calling toll-free or e-mailing us-inc with the reason for your return. Returns received after 30 days will be refunded with in store credit only. 2. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase in order to receive a cash refund. 3. Customer will be responsible for any and all shipping charges to return the item(s) to us unless we shipped an incorrect or damaged item. 4.
