Shipping Policy
We ship using UPS, FedEx and USPS. Most orders go out the same day as long as the order was placed before 2pm EST. Please note that ALL jewelry orders however, have a one day delay (some may be longer), so it will actually arrive to you in two days.
Return Policy
We accept returns on all items within 30 days of purchase. For defective items, you can return the item for a full refund or an exchange. For other items, you can return the item for a refund less a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable unless the item is defective.
