Boxing DVD or VHS: ALI-WEPNER W/RARE PRE AND POST !!

This is a wonderful, rare VHS/DVD with EXTENSIVE coverage of the Ali-Wepner fight from 1975. It was Ali's first title defense after winning the title from George Foreman. First, you will see a 15-20 appearance by both Ali and Wepner together on the Mike Douglas Show just a few weeks before the fight. It is clear that the two men don't like each other, and Wepner gets really annoyed at Ali and they almost go at it right there before Wepner storms out of the studio. Great stuff ! Then, you get the complete raw feed of the fight, which means you hear the live ring intros and live crowd noise, but no announcers. After that, you will see first Wepner, and then Ali, join Howard Cossell in the studio to watch and analyze parts of the fight. This part is HYSTERICAL, as Ali GOES NUTS when he sees Wepner's rabbit punches to the back of his head. He rants about the referee, Tony Perez, being a "dirty dog". Wow ! This segment cuts off right before the knockout is analyzed, but by then, you've seen the live knockout and many replays. What an awesome tape. The color picture quality on all segments is excellent.
