We have acquired the rights to undertake lodging in the Peruvian Amazon. It is a concession totaling 23,000 hectares ( 86,800 acres ), of those, 5,708.50 hectares (14,085 acres) have been approved for immediate lodging every 5 years and so on; this is renewable for 20 years or more. We are looking for a Company to undertake our rights. All the documentation is in order. This concession is located in the Department of Ucayali, Province of Coronel Portillo, in the Masisea District. It’s the only concession available with this huge area and easy access, only 4 hours in boat from Pucallpa and 4 kilometers from the main river (full access to the property by river during the rainy season). This property has not been used before for lodging at a medium or large scale. An inventory of the species and volumes approved for lodging have been made, totaling 39,269 trees with a commercial volume average per hectare (Vcp) totaling 165,322 in 5,700 hectares. It’s located very close to a river for easy transportation to Pucallpa. The inter-oceanic highway that will connect Peru and Brazil goes very close. We have very good relation with the few natives in this property. Among the varieties we have Paramacherum ormosoide, Caríniana domestícate, Calycophyltum spruceanum, Hura crepitans, Cedrela odorata, Copaifera reticulata, Virola sp., Myroxylon balsanum, Ormosia sunkei,Ceiba pentandra, Amburana cearensis, Ficus sp among others. Interested buyer can visit the site with letter of intention (LOI). Investor to bear all cost leading to project confirmation and thereafter.
