Color Episodes include, 1976 Dolly Parton & 1968 Columbus Day Show. Then there are 5 b&w episodes plus a 1960 Live at the Hollywood Bowl broadcast. All on 3 dvds

DVD 1:
In 1976 Dolly Parton visits the Captain to ask if the Dancing Bear would be in her show. Dancing Bear is on vacation in Spain as we see. The Captain suggests the Little Marching Band. However, Dolly never seems to be able to catch a glimpse of them on several tries. Dolly sings "Crackerjack" a song about a dog with that name. Dolly read the story of "The Teeny Tiny Woman". Magic Drawing Board is featured. Mr Green Jeans has a real penguin walking around. Features singing segments (a boy named Simon, the Lop-sided bus, follow the leader). Along with the Captain are Mr. Moose, Bunny Rabbit, Lumpy Barnnum, Mr Green Jeans, and the Dancing Bear.
Includes the oringinal commercials featuring the Weebles Haunted House, Playdough Fun Factory, Schwinn Bikes, McDonald's, Fruit Stripe Gum, Tree Tots Family Tree House, Colorforms, Easy Bake Oven, Etc. Classic Cereal Commercials from Tony the Tiger to Snap, Crackle & Pop, Sugar Smacks to Super Sugar Crisp and the Honeycomb hideout.

Quality is 8.0/10 (in a few spots 7.5) but still very watchable and clear.

The second episode is a studio recording without commercials. Listed as taped on 10-02-1968 for broadcast on 10-14-1968. Celebrating 13 years on the air. This is a Columbus Day Show at the "Treasure House". Mr Green Jeans and the Captain start sailing a ship as Captain and mate. The Grandfather Clock tells the story of Christopher Columbus. Magic Drawing Board draws a picture of Columbus. The Captain & Mr Green Jeans tell the story of Columbus sailing west to the Indies. The Captain show kids how to costruct a ship using a jar lid, a straw, modeling clay and paper for masts. The featured kids story is "Lentil". Bunny Rabbit is tricked into looking into a mirror for the first time. Songs include: "Row, Row, Row Your Boat", Mr Green Jeans plants a plant while a Frank Sinatra song is played.

The story of the Little Engine that Could(sounds like Burl Ives singing) Mr Green Jeans plays the banjo and sings(even during a Tootsie Roll commercial). Also Tom Terrific is featured. Skitch's band plays again and Dancing Bear joins in.

4. Live at the Hollywood Bowl 1960 Featuring Felix Slatkins and the Hollywood Bowl Pops Orchestra. The Show features stories with music. The Captain puts it, "Fun with Music" No Commercials.

The Captain plays a trick on Mr Green Jeans and pretend to be the Captains cousin Orville Willoby. Lariat Sam Cartoon is featured. Roy Smeck plays various guitars, a banjo and harmonica. Captain Tiebor has live seals perfoming tricks. No other commercials in the show. Running Time is 40 minutes
