Our shop is open Monday through Friday; 9 AM - 5 PM EST. Orders after 3 PM on Friday will be processed on the following Monday. Orders and emails received on the weekends may not be answered until the following Monday. We are closed for all National holidays. Thank you.
IMPORTANT! PLEASE READ!
If you have a special event date you must inquire before purchasing. Do not purchase a ring and then expect for it to be sized and delivered the next day! We need time to custom size for you. Most of the time we can, many times we can't. Please communicate and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
LIFETIME EXTENDED SERVICE PLAN
All purchases that include rings, earrings, and pendants are warranted under our Lifetime Extended Service Plan. Warranty includes stone security checks, cleaning, polishing, and Rhodium baths (for white gold) to bring the setting back to "like new" condition. This is a valuable service that only requires a small return shipping fee of $9.95. After receiving positive feedback, your certificate will be mailed to you. The certificate will have an original purchase number that identifies you and your purchase. We encourage our customers to take advantage of this plan at least once per year. Email or call to request service to receive your RMA number and return instructions for service. Contact for further info.
CUSTOM SIZING
Free Custom Sizing is included in the auction price. Please submit size and gold color preference (if included) with your purchase at no additional charge. Email your size or select it through our secure checkout.
PROCESSING TIME
We work diligently to process your order as quickly as possible. Standard sizes 6-7 are completed within 1-2 business days. Smaller sizes and larger sizes may require 2-4 business days. Some items in 14k yellow gold may need 2-5 business days. Please consider this timeframe before purchasing.
SHIPPING METHODS
UNITED STATES: US orders are shipped within 2-3 business days by USPS First Class Mail. Upgraded shipping is available by Priority Mail or Express Mail at your expense. Please contact for more info.
INTERNATIONAL: International orders are shipped within 5-7 business days by USPS Express Mail to guarantee a fast, secure delivery. Total delivery time may be up to 14 business days depending on the destination.
