•Thorough background checks.
•Aggressive tenant placement.
•Marketing on several different websites.
•Rent guaranteed that you will be paid regardless if the tenant has paid or not by the 10th of each month. (See website for details)
•Online access to your account. View your maintenance log and the tenant ledger to see if tenant has paid and a variety of other valuable reports.
Listed below are SOME of the things WE WILL NOT DO:
•WE WILL NOT mark up maintenance charges. Some companies add on additional charges on top of the charges that the contractor charges.
•WE WILL NOT take on properties that are outside of our coverage area. Many homes are not rented within a reasonable time because the agent that is assigned to that property misses a lot of opportunities to show it because they don’t live within a reasonable distance of the home to adequately service it.
•WE WILL NOT leave you in the DARK in regards to the status of your property. You will receive bi-weekly updates via email or by phone on your vacant property.
