She is a 70's fiberglass 24' Riviera star small cruising sailboat.
details:
Galley: 16 gal fresh water tank, 2 burner SS Origo alcohol stove, manual water pump, ice box, SS sink, dishes, cutlery.
Accomodation: V berth sleeps 2 adults, quarter berth for tall dude, table in Saloon can be made into double for two small adults.
Head: New porta potti...never used
Ground tackle: 2 anchors, Danforth mounted on deck, 20 foot chain and 300 ft line in bow locker with bow roller.
Sails: Jib, Main, 150 % Genoa, Gennaker, all in reasonable shape. New heavy duty sail cover in 2008.
Engine: 1994 Yamaha 9.9 4 stroke outboard in good running shape, mounted in a well c/w remote throttle and kill switch. Electric start.
VHF radio ,Ships clock and barometer.
