The TREADer® is a unique high tech way of traveling, like something from the future. It suits many users and steers towards the user-friendly mode because of it's design, with extra wheels for stability. There is no balancing act, just stand up and go. With a push of your thumb on the throttle, with ease at speeds of 15-20 MPH, and going 15-20 miles before recharging up the batteries, The TREADer® is amazing.
With your Sell.com purchase we include:
A battery charger to recharge the 3 rechargeable batteries (included) after each 15-20 miles ridden. The battery set included is good for 300-325 recharges before replacement is needed.
Our 1 year warranty is included with your TREADer® purchase. This warranty does not include the shipping cost for your unit to our service department in New England but we will pay to reship it you. We are the ONLY sellers of this type of transportation that offers a warranty, so be careful what you buy! We back up our product 100% or we will replace it. We honestly want you to be very happy with your product.
An owner's manual that will guide you and answer all your questions. On the last page of the owner's manual all the warranty information to register your unit with our company is provided.
We will also include a handy tool kit to assemble your unit. The unit comes pre-assembled, however, you will need to adjust the height of the steering column. This process takes about 10 minutes and is explained in detail in the owner's manual. We include a few extra fuses too.
We cannot stress enough the customer service you will receive from our full service department. From replacement parts, to full service and maintenance of your unit if your needs should arise, we are here to see that you are happy and safe on your TREADer®.
