2)The quality is retail. That means 10/10. Not 9.5. not 8.5, etc........but 10. Don't spend $10.00 -$20.00 on this set elsewhere and then wonder to yourself why the quality isn't all that great & the artwork is poor. You get what you pay for. Cheap price = cheap quality. It's that simple.
3)Custom designed artwork, ink ,supplies, putting together 65 episodes on 10 discs is VERY time consuming. Time costs money.
