ABOUT MYSELF:
My name is Blake. I’m a 2007 English and Film Honors Graduate from New York University whose writing has won awards from The National Holocaust Society, The National Association of Young Artists, and Bennington College. One of my plays was performed by the BBC. My fiction and poetry have also appeared in twenty-some national magazines. I also have extensive experience working with students as an essay scribe, a thesis tutor, and many other English, Writing, and Editing related tutoring positions.
SUBJECTS:
Virtually Any High School or Liberal Arts Subject including English, Philosophy, Creative Writing, History. I also have significant experience with Speech Writing, Plays, Scripts, Academic Papers, Dissertations, and Entrance Essays of any length.
I can also help boost scores on the SAT‘s, GRE’s and GMAT’s.
My corporate and business training have also made me an expert in public speaking and. speech writing.
Also, I’ve previously worked as a computer trainer and am well versed in many technical programs.
THE PROCESS:
My first session revolves around pin pointing the specific aims of the student. Whether this be perfecting a term paper or preparing to pass that one difficult class, we’ll outline the agenda around which our tutoring sessions will revolve. Throughout the sessions, it’s my goal that both 1) Any written work reflects your tone and style, and 2) You understand the directions in which your work is improving. I will not show you how to rewrite something without explaining the thought process behind what we are doing.
INVESTMENT:
My rate is negotiable. My rate revolves around the commitment of time and subject matter. I offer discounts for writing multiple essays for a student. I also give discounts for helping to revise already completed and strong essays.
