20' 5th Wheel Easy Tow - 3-900 #

Small 5th Wheel trailers are desirable and in high demand due to their ease of handling and the ability to be pulled with a small truck. This trailer has an empty weight of 3,900 lbs and a hitch weight of 765 lbs. It is in very good condition. The interior is an 8 on a ten point scale and the exterior is a 7 on a ten point scale. The "drain down" batter is one year old, the cooling core of the Dometic RM 2600 Gas/Electric refrigerator (double door 6 c?f)was replace last year, the tires were replaced three years ago, Awning cover replaced 3 years ago and the water pump replaced about 18 months ago. There are no water leaks, roof or windows and every thing works - the stove, oven, AC, heater, interior lights and running lights. This is a "turn key" buy. The trailer has a manufacturing date of May 1987, but you will look at many trailers 10 - 12 years newer that are not as nice. In fact, I will refer interested parties to a 23' 1994 5th wheel being sold by a Las Vegas dealer for $9,700 and bet that you will prefer my trailer on condition alone.

I've owned the trailer for 5 years and have preformed most of the maintenance, so I know the unit well. This has been a no-smoking trailer for 5 years at least.
