This ad is for a DVD of the VERY rare movie "Go Ask Alice." This TV movie ran in 1973 and has become somewhat of a cult classic. Alice, a 14 year old girl, runs away is caught into an oddessy of sex and drugs. Alice and her friend have a pretty rough time of it on the road after running away. They encounter pill-pushing child molesters and eat out of garbage cans. Andy Griffith starts as a preacher. This is Mackenzie Phillips first starring role in a movie, and she does fabulous in it.
