| Looking for someone (preferably female) to takeover at my lease at the Commons on Oak Tree...this lease runs through July 2010...considered student housing but all welcome...4br 2bth apt with shared kitchen and large living area...current roommates are three nice girls ages 20, 21, and 25....no pets allowed and that's why I'm trying to get my lease taken over, my cat got discovered and I have to find it a new home if I can't break this lease. Facts about apt- All you need!!! washer/dryer in unit, fully furnished (bed is a full), all bills paid including wireless internet and cable with HBO, built-in desk in bedroom, 2nd story apt, lots of windows...Facts about apt complex- 24 on-site security, private shuttle to OU campus, pool/hot tub, fitness center, tanning bed, computer lab, beach volleyball court, basketball court, tennis court. Great location from OU campus!!!! |
