SHIPPING INFORMATION
All of our items are shipped within (3) three business days from
the date of your cleared payment. All orders are shipped by
UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. Shipment method is at the
discretion of Ultrajumpers. Shipping is $9.95 to anyone living within
the Continental United States. mILITARY BASES ADD AN ADDITIONAL $9.95 PER PAIR.For those outside the Continental US,
please inquire by sending us a message with your exact address for a
quote.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover card as payment. We
also accept PAYPAL. For our protection, we only ship to verified and
confirmed addresses - no exceptions. Additional documentation and
verification may be required prior to shipment.
SALES TAX
Sales tax must be charge d on orders going to New York, New Jersey
or Florida. Please make sure to include appropriate sales tax with
your payment. Failure to do so will result in delay in shipment of
your order.
RETURNS
Returns are only accepted for unused items. If the item is unused
and you wish to return the item, please contact us within 7 days of
receipt of the item. You will be responsible for shipping the item
back to us and also paying a 20% restocking fee to cover our initial
shipping expenses.
