Financial Services Agent

Our company is looking for hungry and motivated individuals to join our growing team and are looking to earn some additional income. Primary responsibilities include working with prospective and existing customers to assess financial needs and identify/sell appropriate products and services based on those needs. Key functions will also include conducting business development, lead generation and follow-up; assisting customers with opening accounts; and supporting a positive and responsive climate for problem resolution, playing a key role in the stewardship of positive client relationships and customer retention. This position will also be relied on to ensure compliance with regard to company and regulatory requirements and guidelines. The schedule is extremely flexible and the person can start part time, receive training and conduct the business during his/her spare time.

Requirements

-1-3 years of sales experience, with demonstrated track record of success in a commissioned environment.
-Excellent sales skills with the ability to ask for and close the business.
-Must be able to run a presentation for a client at their place of business or home and tailor the presentation to the audience.
-Must be willing to meet clients face to face.
-Strong business development skills.
-Excellent time management skills, organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Strong verbal/written and interpersonal communication skills.
-Basic PC skills, including knowledge of Windows and the Internet.
-Self-motivated team player and individual contributor
-Reliable transportation is required.
-Must set aside 6-10 hours a week for on the field and classroom training.

Commission income only:

$2,400-$3,200/month (plus residuals, trails and bonus pools)
