Your staffed office will be furnished according to the Secretary of State of Indiana regulations as required, you will have your own Physical Address and Suite Number.

After your initial startup fee of $399.00 your monthly Service Fee is $300.00
The service fee covers your furnished office, contents insurance, mail services, secretarial services, utilities, property taxes, and management.
You will need to make 1 trip to Northwest Indiana (drive in or fly into Chicago Midway Airport) to meet with the Secretary of State for final approval, but up to that point, we handle everything by mail and fax. This saves you time and money.
