Formal Dining Room Set--MUST SEE. Local Pick Up Only

We are selling a beautiful formal dining room set that includes 6 ivory cushioned matching chairs (2 are Captain Chairs-one chair has a loose arm that would have to get fixed); oval table (with pull out leaf); and a two piece glass paneled, mirrored, lighted china hutch that also has 2 glass shelves. There are two drawers on the hutch (burgundy velvet lined) as well as two opening cabinet doors on the bottom. We have it covered with blankets to prevent any damage to any of the items. (There is a blanket between the two halves of the hutch also to show where it separates.) I do not have the measurements readily available, but if you would like them, email me and I can get them for you. There is minor wear-and-tear to the feet of the chairs and the feet of the table but otherwise in very good condition. Except for two of the chair cushions, they are still covered in plastic. There are no stains, rips or tears to any of the cushions. The pictures do not do this set justice! You should really see this in person. We are asking $1000 but the price can be negotiated…but certainly not for too much less. A meeting place could be arranged, if need be. Also, first come/first served and it's ready to go!
