My father and I began making this recipe over 20 years ago
mainly because we were tired of buying expensive, so-so quality .
store-bought brand beef jerky.
Our jerky has been a favorite of many jerky lovers all over
the country in local shops, flea markets and anywhere people gather.
We use only top quality USDA inspected prime beef. We
select the finest and freshest ingredients in our marinades. We stand
behind our products and pride in workmanship is always evident.
Our beef jerky is marinaded for a 24hr. period providing for a
good cure. Our beef jerky is then slowly dried to perfection. Once it
is cooled it is immediately double bagged and vacuum sealed
to ensure the freshest product available.
Once payment is received we begin work on your personal batch,
(another way of ensuring the freshest product available)
As soon as your batch is done we ship it to you via
USPS First Class Mail ( 2 - 5 days). Additional items will be combined and
upgraded to USPS Priority Mail.
