Ankeny Temporary Services, LLC (ATS) began out of the desire to contribute to this community. Although from a larger market, the Limited Liability Company realizes that the need in Ames and Des Moines surrounding areas for personnel agency to fill a void left by other temporary agencies and placement agencies. ATS matches specifically skilled workers with clients, saving businesses, private parties time and money, while providing for it employees with honesty. This requires a high level of communication. This means knowing the local market so ATS can serve each client and employee, not just “sell” them our goods. ATS is a quality of service. The long-term vision includes a number of offices throughout Ames and Des Moines surrounding areas.
ATS mission is to contribute to the community by filling the need for temps, and contingent workers in the fields of clerical, light industrial, janitorial services along with general construction clean-up and, housekeeping, banquet service, and shipping and receiving in the general light industrial areas. The company will provide workers with safe and independent environment; it will also help provide businesses, event service coordinators, or private parties with a high-caliber of employee available for many projects and permanent work. ATS listens to individual needs and customizes person solutions for both businesses and workers. We exist to attract and maintain customers and employees. When we adhere to this maximum, everything else will fall into place. Our services will exceed that expectation for our customers.
Call us to set up your workers needed for private wedding event services! You will be glad you did. Other temporary services do not criminally bond their employee, which means they cannot do private home event parties, and receptions.
We provide the workers only:
Bartenders "Can or bottle" alcoholic beverages can be served. No mixed drinks, unless their are given directions on how to make it from the private party guest.
"We ask you to give tips to bartenders, but not necessary.
Banquet Servers- Serving all food, and drinks as necessary. Personalized guest services for Groom and Bride, usually whatever is ask!
Banquet Set-up and Clean-up help (set up chairs, tables, linens, silver, glasses, etc) Clean-up removing all rubbish from area, taking trash away from party, busing tables, and anything else requested.
Kitchen Help- cleaning and washing containers, warming food, etc
Bathroom attendant- cleaning toilets, sinks, and making sure all area are supplied as necessary. Helping individuals with being sick.
Maybe able to provide some transportation if necessary "terms of agreement signed."
Sign ACH Deposit for a Deposit and after event- rest settled within 7 days.
