SYNOPSIS:
A gang of terrorists hijack a truck carrying plutonium.
In this action thriller a crack team of transport specialists try to stop terrorists from hijacking an armored 18 wheeler filled with plutonium.
A team of "transport specialists" are determined to stop a ruthless terrorist (Morgan Fairchild) and her gang attempting to hijack a super-sophisticated armored vehicle carrying nuclear weapons-grade plutonium across Texas.
Wesley Tanner, (Billy Dee Williams) Jake Callahan (Merlin Olsen) and Daniel Picard (Joseph Bottoms) are three government agents who are chosen to transport the deadliest cargo known to man - a consignment of nuclear weapons grade plutonium, which in the wrong hands, could destroy the world. The vehicle they use to transport this time bomb is a custom built truck equipped with electronic gadgets and weapons that is able to withstand fifty calibre machine gun fire.
However, when the leader of an international terrorist organization the deadly Renee DeSalles (Morgan Fairchild) decides that she wants the time bomb for her own illicit purposes, she will let nothing stand in her way until she gets what she wants.

This pilot movie was a prospective new television series involving Billy Dee Williams and Joseph Bottoms as highly trained transport specialists. The pilot received an extra dose of publicity by the casting of Morgan Fairchild as the cold-blooded terrorist leader.
