CHIEFS - TV miniseries concerns a Southern town where the murders of young boys and many missing teens in the area have puzzled three different police chiefs since the 1920's. By the time that a black sheriff (Billy Dee Williams) takes over in 1962, he might have just found enough evidence to make an arrest in one of the most shocking of murder and torture cases ever heard of at the time.
