All consoles are refurbished and previously used. Some may be cosmetically perfect and some may show signs of normal wear. I WILL NOT SHIP YOU A DIRTY, NASTY CONSOLE OR ONE THAT IS NOT IN GOOD TO GREAT SHAPE!! Some will have white eject button and drive door, and some will be silver. If you have a preference as to which you will receive, please note this with your payment, and I will make every effort to see that you get what you want, but due to stock fluctuations, I may have to ship what I have in stock. Nearly every console I have is missing the USB door. It is not a big deal and does not affect the functionality of the console whatsoever. It just seems to be the one part on the console case that breaks off. I do have consoles available that have been colored with markers, decorated, or the cases are in bad shape. If you are interested in one of these consoles, I do offer a deep discount on them and they will also have a 6 month warranty. Contact me for prices. Shipping:

I ship by UPS Ground for free. I ship Monday thru Friday at 3pm. All orders received before Noon will ship the same business day and you will receive UPS tracking number by email. If you have an AK, HI or APO/FPO shipping address, please contact me before buying and I will quote you a shipping price.
