SHIPPING: We offer free shipping anywhere in the Continental United States. We require that you insure your purchase for damage. This is a mandatory charge which is $44.00. In the unlikely event that damage happens during shipment, it must be noted before you sign. If you live on a military base, there is a $150.00 surcharge. For those outside the Continental US or Canada please inquire for a quote. Shipping is strictly curbside. Curbside shipping means at the end of your driveway, closest to the main road. Premium inside white glove service is available in most areas. For a quote please contact us and be prepared to give an accurate description of the conditions of the inside delivery. Inside delivery starts at $350.00.

WARRANTY PROGRAM: All of our products come with a one year parts and labor warranty. This warranty is not available for commercial purchasers. There are others that offer all sorts of promises and guarantees but they are only as good as the company you are purchasing from. Ultra Fitness Equipment has two warehouses and a retail location.
