We offer a 14 day warranty on this item. Return requests for this item must be made within 14 days of delivery.
- If there is a problem, please let us know within the specified period from the date of delivery. Return requests made after this specified time will be denied.
- Buyer is responsible for full costs of shipping exchanged and refunded items back to us. Shipping, handling, and shipping insurance costs are NOT refunded if a refund for your purchase is issued to you.
- Only defective items are eligible for exchange or refund, and they must be returned to us in the same condition they left us in, with all original accessories included. Signs of wear on your returned phone will void your warranty.
- Physical damages are NOT eligible for return. All items go through a thorough physical inspection before being shipped. We suggest purchasing shipping insurance to cover any physical damages that may occur during shipping.
- We prefer that you request an even exchange for a new item instead of a refund. However refunds are available on defective items within the warranty period. Keep in mind that if you choose to request a refund instead of an exchange, you will be charged a restocking fee.
- ALL REFUNDS are subject to a 20% restocking fee, no matter the circumstances, which will be deducted from the total amount refunded to you. We do our best with the knowledge we have to describe the items in our auctions to you in full detail. If you have any additional questions please feel free to contact us.
- You must contact us prior to returning a product for refund or exchange. We will then issue you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number and instructions for proper return. Failure to follow these rules may result in significant delays in your return processing.
