These are brand new books in a BOX not opened. They are the yellow books 2009-2010. DO NOT buy the old books, because these are updated. What they (Kaplan) essentially did was change from just cases to adding all the background information from step 2 + step 3 cases. So what you basically have is (ex: Cardiology foundation chapter, followed by the Step 3 cardiology cases.)
