NEED to sell a completed subdivision. Single family or multi-family. The property was appraised in June of 2008 at 10 Million. Seller is asking 6,544,000 seller may ask less.
The subdivision is located close to the Florida/Georgia line, off of Interstate 95 in Kingsland, Georgia. There are 96 total lots, 17 of which are on Crooked River with ocean access.
All of the roads are paved with curbs and gutters. Water, sewer , electric, cable, and fiber optic lines are also installed to each lot. Just rezoned to multi-family, and are told we can built 350 to 550 units.
