Personal Training:
I offer personal training that is extremely effective and affordable. I have been personal training for the past three years. I have trained people who have just begun their first training program all the way to competitive bodybuilders. I worked with a great deal of athletes and serious lifters. My training is extremely detailed to ensure that the time spent with me will be the utmost effective in the shortest period of time.
About Me:
I started out my athletic carrier in high school where I competed in three different sports. I excelled in each one a great deal. By the end of high school I had grown a huge passion for physiology, fitness and athletics. I am currently attending medical school where I plan on becoming a paramedic.
