Charles Wysocki's " Carver Coggins" - Custom Framed Limited Edition 1981 Signed and Numbered Lithograph

The art of Charles Wysocki is a celebration of the historical richness of the American past, taking its inspiration from the pastoral moods of the small towns of New England and rural Pennsylvania. As he says of his work: "I hope my paintings revive pleasant thoughts... of order and security," much needed in the fast-paced world.

Charles Wysocki grew up in a very different world, in a Polish-American neighborhood in Detroit, drawing and painting since a very young age. In 1953, he came to Los Angeles to study at the Art Center School of Design. After a brief return to Detroit to do commercial art, Wysocki came back to California permanently, to live and to work. He enjoyed living in the west, but traveled frequently to Bucks County, rural Maine, and Cape Cod to revisit the scenes which inspired him. .

Limited Edition Signed and Numbered Lithograph

This Print Numbered 281
Limited Edition Size 1000

Beautiful Custom Frame, (H27" X W35.5")
Image size (H18.25X W27.25)

Doubled conservation matted,
with certificate of authenticity.

Of course this Signed Limited Edition Print HAS LONG SINCE SOLD OUT, INFACT YOU CAN'T EVEN BUY ONE FROM THE WYSOCKI FAMILY WEB SITE, THEY DON'T HAVE ONE EITHER.

The last listed price for an authentic, available, “Carver Coggins” print plus frame and matting that I have seen, was 3 years ago and was selling for over $2300.00. I have seen Web Sites claiming to have the print, but upon inquiry they don’t, offering then to find one for more than I am selling this one for.

This beautifully framed and matted print will only go up in value and can become a treasured heirloom that can be handed down from generation to generation.

If you love Charles Wysocki art, you’ll love this print, which I am selling for only $1300 beautifully framed and matted.
