This item is shipped by UPS Ground. Please no P O Boxes. Item is shipped within 2-3 days of payment being received. We will email you a UPS tracking number once your item has been shipped. I will combine shipping if you purchase multiple items from me. The shipping cost noted is for the Continental US only. If you wish to have this shipped internationally please email first for a shipping quote. We are able to ship this to alternate address if you wish to send it directly to the gift recipient. We can also include a free gift card with your purchase. Please send an email specifying desired gift card message upon purchasing.

RETURN POLICY:
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will try to make it right. If any item does not satisfy you, it may be returned within 30 days. Returns must be in the original box and condition and be accompanied by a copy of the invoice and a note stating the problem. Please ship the item prepaid. We will refund the purchase price only, excluding shipping and handling charges.
