1. Passenger's FULL NAME (this must match the passenger's ID exactly) and PHONE NUMBER.
2. Date/Time/Flight #, and Departure City.
3. Date/Time/Flight #, and Destination City. (Please include information for BOTH FLIGHTS)
4. Your email address
Shipping covers the security fee I pay on your behalf when booking. Immediately after booking, the confirmation # will be given to you. Southwest will also email you the itinerary. The itinerary you book is changeable, without charge, if no additional landings are involved. If additional landings are involved, you may pay the $3 fee, per landing, by credit card. You may contact Southwest directly prior to the expiration date, of the voucher, if you would like to change your travels. You may change anything but the passengers name. Do not "cancel" the voucher or it will be returned to my inventory. Simply use the term “Change.”
Payment is expected within 1 day of auction's end by PayPal only. If payment is not received within this time frame, I reserve the right to re-list the item and leave negative feedback. |
