| 2007 Acrylic on canvas 24 x 18 inches “Saxophone” is an original, signed acrylic painting on canvas by artist Michael Arnold. I’ve always liked the way the light danced off brass instruments. This experimental work sought to capture the effect in a loose style. The jazz feel of the saxophone blends with the floating music in this unique, freely rendered artwork where I let the improvisational nature of jazz guide me.
