All U.S. orders are shipped via a trackable shipping carrier (UPS).
Exception: orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, P.O. Boxes and military addresses will ship via USPS Priority Mail with a delivery confirmation.
We at RSK Coulter Products will supply a tracking number for every order that has been shipped. Each day, you will receive an automated email from us indicating all of your orders that have been shipped that day.
Orders are shipped, on average, within 24-48 hours from the time that the order is placed. Therefore, most of your orders should be received within 4-10 business days from the time that you place your order.

Q : What is the difference in EAU de Parfume, EAU de Toilette, EAU de Cologne, etc..?
This can be confusing to some people. The difference here is the concentration of oils used in each fragrance. The most "Pure" is called Parfum, followed by EAU de Parfume, EAU de Toilette, EAU de Cologne... in this order. However, please note that some perfume and cologne brands are only available in the lesser concentrated form. So just because you see that its EAU de Cologne -for example- don't shy away thinking that buying from someone else you may be getting the "Purer" fragrance.. you may be getting the exact same for more money.
