You can at least double your money by retailing them on Ebay they sell between 70$-100$. The minimum order is one lot which consists of 12 Jeans of various sizes of one style at 30$/jean (12*30), which comes out to 360. Orders of 2 lots will come out to 24$/Jean (12*24), which comes out to 288 (they don't have to be the same style or brand).
