The upstairs has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The master bath has been remodeled with new ceramic tile and shower, including a new shower pan. The master bedroom also has a vanity area with ceramic tile. All three bedrooms have 48 " ceiling fans.
The house faces north, on the east end of a 6 unit building, and is surrounded by water on 3 sides. We have never had a flooding problem, and have survived 2 major, and many smaller hurricanes. The house is constructed of concrete block.
